Post-launch, manage FOH, teams and suppliers, ensuring exceptional member experiences while balancing commercial performance. This role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving and a passion for building a standout studio.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a yoga, Pilates, fitness, wellness or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with accountability.
• Comfortable working in a live opening environment with fast-changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Pre-opening: take ownership of operational readiness for launch and coordinate with the wider team and suppliers.
• Establish clear processes, systems and standards across the studio.
• Recruit, onboard and develop the front of house team.
• Support teacher onboarding, scheduling and studio preparation.
• Be hands-on during launch to ensure a smooth opening and high standards.
• Own day-to-day studio operations, including FOH, team rhythm, suppliers and maintenance.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service.
• Manage rotas, holiday requests, stock and studio supplies.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure classes run smoothly and the overall guest experience is excellent.
• Prioritise health & safety and operational compliance.
• Identify issues quickly and take decisive action to resolve them.
• Create a warm, polished member experience and monitor attendance and retention.
• Contribute to membership growth through local partnerships and community initiatives.
• Use data to drive improvements in studio performance.
