Responsibilities

• Gains practical experience across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Supports buying requirements by working with stakeholders and Procurement Managers.
• Prepares and evaluates tender documents throughout the process.
• Builds RFIs and RFQs using the e-tendering tool.
• Analyses tender submissions and prepares price comparisons.
• Assists with supplier contract preparation and review meetings.
• Organises internal and external meetings as part of day-to-day activities.
• Develops commercial awareness and negotiation skills towards independent contracting.
