Job summary

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. invites you to join its Year in Industry placement in Operations & Maintenance Modelling Development.

You will work in a small, collaborative team delivering high-quality modelling and analytical support to the growing offshore wind portfolio, gaining hands-on experience with innovative tools. The role is based on a hybrid model (3 days onsite in London or Swindon, one day at Swindon) and starts July 2027 for 12 months.

Qualifications

• You're enrolled in a degree course such as Computer Science or Engineering, eligible for a year-in-industry placement.
• You have good Python development skills with maintainable, well-structured code for analytical purposes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• You can coordinate your own workload and meet tight deadlines.
• You work well in a diverse team and interact with various stakeholders.
• Your cover letter explains why you fit the opportunity and aligns with your studies.

Responsibilities

• Support modelling and analytical tasks for the offshore wind portfolio.
