RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking an O&M Modelling Analyst/Developer to join the Offshore Operations team. You will shape O&M strategies for major offshore wind projects and contribute to commercial decisions through advanced modelling.

The role combines technical and commercial aspects, requiring strong Python development skills and experience with Excel/VBA/HTML. A hybrid work model with Swindon, London, and Coventry offices is offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree‑level qualification in analytical discipline (CS/Engineering/Economics preferred).
• Strong Python development skills for analytical/operational applications.
• Experience with Excel, VBA and HTML for modelling and data work.
• Highly analytical with attention to detail and curiosity about drivers behind results.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead modelling activities supporting project development and operational decision‑making.
• Perform logistics, cost and risk modelling across multiple scenarios for business cases.
• Train colleagues on modelling tools and provide guidance as needed.
