We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to provide support for a Year 7 pupil transitioning into secondary school this September.

This rewarding role involves working closely with a pupil with additional learning needs, helping them navigate the transition from primary to secondary education while supporting their academic, social and emotional development. • Helping the pupil access learning and engage positively in lessons.
  • Encouraging social interaction, confidence and independence.
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and helping to manage any challenges associated with transition.
  • Building a positive and trusting relationship to help the pupil achieve their full potential.
