Teaching Personnel is seeking a Trainee Learning Support Assistant to support secondary school pupils (11-18) in classrooms and across lessons. The role offers funded training and DBS support, with a focus on inclusion and positive behaviour in a Cardiff environment.
Starting September 2026, the position runs term-time during 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with pay at £120 per day and weekly PAYE. No previous school experience required, just transferable skills and a passion for education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
