Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN) to support a pupil with additional needs in a mixed Year 1/2 class in Downton, starting September 2026. The pay rate is £90–£94 per day.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs in a mixed Year 1/2 class at a welcoming school in the Yeovil area, starting in September 2026.
This rewarding role involves providing consistent one-to-one support to help the pupil access learning, develop confidence, and engage positively within the classroom environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the child navigate daily classroom routines while supporting both their academic progress and emotional wellbeing.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
