Whether you already work as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant or ALN Support Worker, or you have transferable experience working with children or vulnerable people, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work on a 1:1 basis supporting a pupil with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), helping them access learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential.
You'll become a trusted adult within the classroom, providing encouragement, emotional support and consistency throughout the school day.
Working alongside experienced teachers, ALNCOs and senior leaders, you'll help create a positive learning environment where every child feels safe, valued and able to succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
