Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in West Didsbury, through Tradewind Recruitment.

This is a full-time, long-term position with the possibility of continuing for the full academic year for the right candidate.

The school is a well-established, diverse primary at the heart of the local community. It has high expectations for pupils, with a strong focus on reading, vocabulary, English and maths, while developing confident, independent learners who are ready for their next stage of education. The Role

You will take responsibility for a Year 6 class, delivering engaging and purposeful lessons across the KS2 curriculum. You will play an important role in preparing pupils for SATs and the transition to secondary school, while ensuring they remain motivated and enjoy their final year of primary education.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering high-quality Year 6 lessons
