Job summary

International Schools Today invites applications for a part-time Year 6 support role. Working Tue and Wed, you will assist the Year 6 teaching team in preparing pupils for 11+ exams and senior school entry assessments, both in class and via targeted interventions.

The successful candidate will have experience with primary-aged children, ideally KS2, and be skilled at small-group and individual support. You will build confidence, reinforce learning, and contribute to both academic and pastoral

Qualifications

• Experience working with primary-aged children.
• Experience within Key Stage 2 is preferred.
• Ability to work with small groups and individual pupils.
• Understanding of 11+ preparation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in classroom and targeted interventions.
• Help pupils prepare for 11+ examinations and senior school entrance assessments.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and provide encouragement and challenge as needed.
• Collaborate with Year 6 teaching team to reinforce learning and boost confidence.
