Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting a Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Leigh (WN7) from September on a long-term, temporary basis. You will support Year 5 pupils, assist with lesson delivery and adaptation, and help create an inclusive classroom.

You will work alongside the class teacher, contribute to catch-up sessions, and benefit from training and ongoing support through Milk Education's CPD programme and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Recent experience working in a school or education setting.
• Solid numeracy and literacy skills.
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education or similar - or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Year 5 pupils, responding to their individual needs.

We're currently recruiting for a Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Leigh, WN7 to support in the Year 5 class. This role is on a long-term basis starting in September and is a temporary role.

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
