Teaching Personnel is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Maidenhead to recruit a Year 5 Teacher for a part-time position (3 days per week: Tue, Wed, Thu). This role offers flexible hours and a supportive team, ideal for a qualified teacher seeking balance between classroom impact and personal commitments.

You will deliver engaging lessons, monitor progress, and contribute to a positive learning environment while collaborating with colleagues and parents to raise attainment.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS and KS2 teaching experience.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, adaptability and commitment to raising attainment.
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to a Year 5 class.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, ensuring every child reaches their potential.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
• Planning and preparation are encouraged but not essential, offering flexibility.
