Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a committed Year 4 Teacher for a welcoming, two-form entry primary school in West Drayton, starting January 2027. The position is full-time and long-term, with hours 8:15am-4:00pm and the Outer London Main Pay Range for 2026/27.

The school offers a collaborative environment where teachers plan together with a parallel class teacher, focused on high-quality teaching and pupil progress. Applicants with QTS and KS2 experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Qualified primary teacher with QTS.
• Experience teaching in KS2 is beneficial.
• ECTs with QTS are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Teach a Year 4 class from January 2027.
• Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons.
• Adapt teaching to meet a range of abilities.
• Assess progress to inform planning.
• Maintain positive behaviour and a purposeful classroom environment.
