The ideal candidate holds QTS, a current Child Enhanced DBS, and has experience working with children, offering tailored support and collaboration with staff to meet diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Child Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one).
• Must have QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working with children or young people.
• Ability to provide tailored support to meet individual student needs.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting diverse learning styles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and other staff.
