Aspire People is recruiting a Year 3 Teacher for a full-time role in a school located in the B44 area of West Midlands. The position runs from January to July 2027 and includes full planning responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, engages learners, and can sustain high standards of teaching throughout the term. The school welcomes applicants with QTS and a passion for delivering quality education in line with the National Curriculum.

Are you looking for a full-time teaching role?

A lovely school within B44 is looking for a Year 3 Teacher, to work full-time January - July 2027.

This is a full-time role, with full planning responsibilities.

This class has a mixture of needs and behaviour, so requires an individual who is adaptable, and able to keep children engaged in their learning.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• You must have QTS
• An enthusiastic, well-motivated and talented classroom practitioner
• An ability to inspire children, staff and parents alike
• Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
• A friendly caring nature
• The capacity to identify and target specific, individual needs
• Keen to learn and develop professionally
• Can create an environment that nurtures and stimulates positive attitudes, independence and an innovative approach to facilitating learning and teaching
