Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting a Year 3 Primary Teacher for a Part-Time role in Tottington, Bury, starting January 2027. The post offers 3 days per week with ongoing opportunities across local primary schools.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess learning against the National Curriculum, differentiate for abilities, and work closely with teaching assistants and school leaders to maintain high standards of behaviour and progress.

Qualifications

• QTS and a recognised teaching qualification are required.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 is essential.
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service is required.
• References covering the last 2 years of employment or relevant history are required.
• Legal right to work in the UK is required.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills are essential.
• A reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching is expected.

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate and committed Year 3 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Tottington, Bury, from January 2027.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher seeking a part-time teaching position, working just 3 days per week, whilst continuing to make a real difference to children's learning and development.

The position is ongoing and would suit an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher looking for greater flexibility. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) may also be considered.
