Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting a full-time Year 4 teacher for a school in Kingstanding from January 2027 to July 2027. The role requires strong KS2 curriculum knowledge and the ability to plan, report, and run parents' evenings.

You must have QTS and be an enthusiastic, well-motivated classroom practitioner capable of inspiring pupils, staff and parents. The school expects adaptability and a nurturing, innovative approach to facilitating learning.

If you are looking for a full‑time role from January, we have an exciting vacancy for you!

A school within Kingstanding is looking for a full‑time member of staff to work within Year 4. This role involves full responsibilities (planning, reports, parent's evening etc), so the school are looking for an individual with strong KS2 curriculum knowledge.

This class has a mixture of needs and behaviour, so requires an individual who is adaptable, and able to keep children engaged in their learning.

This role is from January-July 2027.

• You must have QTS
• An enthusiastic, well‑motivated and talented classroom practitioner
• An ability to inspire children, staff and parents alike
• Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum

• The capacity to identify and target specific, individual needs
