Job summary

Aspire People are seeking a Year 3 Teacher for a full-time position at a Birmingham school (B44). The role runs from January to July 2027 with full planning responsibilities. The class has mixed needs and behaviour, requiring adaptability and engaging teaching.

The successful candidate will hold QTS, be enthusiastic, and capable of inspiring pupils, staff and parents while delivering lessons aligned to the National Curriculum. ECTs are not eligible for this role.
