Academics Ltd is actively recruiting a Year 3 Teacher for Basildon, Essex, starting January 2027. The contract is fixed-term until the end of the academic year, with a daily rate of £130-£260. Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Strong experience teaching Key Stage 2, Year 3 preferred.
• Proactive and resilient in managing challenging behaviour.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Track and assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Provide a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere for all students.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and staff to support individual needs.
• Collaborate with parents and carers to support student education.
