Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting a Year 3 Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Warwick, Warwickshire, on a full-time basis from the Christmas break until the end of the academic year.

You will deliver engaging lessons, differentiate for pupils with SEND, develop literacy and numeracy, maintain accurate attainment and attendance records, and collaborate closely with colleagues, parents and support staff to raise attainment and ensure every child thrives.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher status
• An enhanced DBS on the update service
• A candidate with outstanding knowledge around safeguarding and behaviour management

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with additional needs, including those with SEND, by providing appropriate differentiation and working closely with support staff.
• Developing literacy and numeracy skills, helping pupils build confidence as they transition into Key Stage 2.
• Maintaining accurate records of pupil attainment, progress, attendance and other relevant information.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, parents and carers to support pupils' academic progress and wellbeing.
