Job summary

Vision Teaching are working with a thriving two-form entry primary school in Woodford Green, Redbridge, seeking an experienced Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from 5 October to July 2027.

There is a potential for a permanent role from September 2027. ECTs are not being considered. The school offers an Ofsted Good environment with strong partnerships and a broad, balanced curriculum.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Strong behaviour management expected.
• Good understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Prior experience teaching Year 3.
• UK classroom-based experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a Year 3 team.
• Raise standards for all pupils, including underachieving ones.
• Promote positive behaviour conducive to learning.
• Observe and assess progress and provide feedback.
• Contribute to wider school initiatives.
• Carry out responsibilities of a Year 3 Teacher.
