Job summary

Vision Teaching is seeking an experienced Year 3 Teacher for a thriving two-form entry primary school in the Borough of Redbridge, near Woodford Green. The position is full-time, starting 5 October and running until July 2027, with a potential permanent role from September 2027.

The candidate will hold QTS, demonstrate strong behaviour management and a solid understanding of the National Curriculum, and will join a collaborative team dedicated to raising standards.

Qualifications

• QTS is required for the role.
• Strong behaviour management is essential.
• Solid understanding of the National Curriculum is needed.
• Prior experience teaching Year 3 is preferred.
• UK classroom-based experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a year group team as a Year 3 Teacher.
• Raise standards for all pupils, including underachievers.
• Promote positive behaviour conducive to learning.
• Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback.
• Contribute to school initiatives and broader objectives.
• Carry out all responsibilities as a Year 3 Teacher.
