Job summary

UCM Education is seeking an experienced Year 3 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Ealing from September 2026. You will lead a Year 3 class, plan and deliver lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum, and support pupils’ academic and social development in a collaborative school environment.

The ideal candidate holds QTS and has at least 2 years of mainstream primary teaching experience, with ECT induction completed.

Qualifications

• QTS current in the UK and trained to teach the KS2 curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach Year 3 in a mainstream primary setting with KS2 responsibilities.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to the National Curriculum.
• Differentiate learning to meet all pupils' needs and abilities.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Maintain high behaviour standards and an inclusive classroom environment.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, colleagues and broader school team.
• Communicate with parents about pupil progress and wellbeing.
