Job summary

Aspire People are seeking an enthusiastic Qualified Teacher to work in a 2 form entry primary school based in Sutton Coldfield. You will lead a Year 3 class with full teaching responsibilities, commencing November 2026 through Easter 2027 and potentially for the remainder of the academic year.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS and have experience in primary KS2 classrooms.
• Ability to plan teaching to ensure progression of learning and use assessment to drive planning.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support for pupils.

• Maintain discipline and high standards of work and punctuality.
• Use diverse teaching methods to match content and engage pupils.
