Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold QTS with KS2 experience (Year 3 preferred), demonstrate strong classroom management, and plan creative, differentiated lessons while maintaining high expectations in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS and has primary teaching experience.
• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.
• Can plan creative and differentiated lessons.
• Is adaptable, organised and passionate about helping children succeed.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Supporting pupils as they develop greater independence in their learning.
• Differentiating activities to meet a range of learning needs.
• Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Maintaining positive behaviour and high expectations.
• Working closely with the year group team to support pupil achievement.
