Job summary

Flourish Education in Bromsgrove is seeking a Year 2 Teacher to join a job-share arrangement. The post is part-time, two days per week, with flexibility about which days, starting in January for two terms.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching in a Primary School setting is essential.
• Experience with Key Stage 1 is advantageous.
• Strong phonics and early reading skills are required.
• DBS check on update service or within the last 12 months is expected.
• Minimum of two excellent references required.

Responsibilities

• Teach Year 2 as part of a job-share two days per week.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Differentiate lessons to meet all learners' needs.
• Support pupils below age-related expectations in reading and writing.
