Flourish Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 2 class at a one‑form entry primary school in Telford. The role is part‑time and long‑term, starting in September 2026 with potential extension beyond October 2026.

The successful candidate will plan, assess, and deliver engaging lessons, working closely with a Teaching Assistant to support pupil progress and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualificações

• Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1, or KS2 through placements or previous employment.
• To hold, or be on track to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Excellent behaviour management and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to delivering high‑quality teaching and learning.
• A strong reference from a recent school placement or employer.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, assess, and mark pupils' work in line with the school’s policies.
• Deliver engaging, creative, and inspiring lessons that support pupil progress.
• Work collaboratively with the Teaching Assistant and other class teachers to provide high‑quality learning experiences.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
