Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Assess, record, and report on pupil development, progress, and attainment.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND, EAL, and higher attainment.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with parallel class teachers and teaching assistants to ensure continuity.
• Contribute to medium- and long-term planning within the year group.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour in line with school policies.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events as appropriate.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
