Year 2 is a pivotal stage in a child's primary education. As pupils prepare for the transition into Key Stage 2, they need a teacher who can provide the perfect balance of encouragement, challenge and consistency. In this role, you'll deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the Year 2 curriculum, supporting pupils as they strengthen their reading fluency, develop their writing skills and deepen their mathematical understanding. You'll create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel supported to take risks, ask questions and celebrate their achievements. Through excellent classroom practice and strong relationships, you'll help every child make meaningful progress both academically and personally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
