Marchant Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Slough, Berkshire. You will deliver engaging lessons, nurture pupils’ confidence and support transition to Key Stage 2.

The role focuses on creating an inclusive classroom where every child can thrive and progress. The successful candidate will plan, assess and adapt instruction to meet diverse needs, while collaborating with staff and families to foster a positive learning environment.

Competenze

• QTS or equivalent is required.
• Experience delivering Key Stage 1 lessons.
• Strong knowledge of the Year 2 curriculum.
• Proven classroom management and strong communication skills.
• Creative, flexible, child-centred teaching approach.
• Ability to support pupils with diverse needs and learning styles.
• Commitment to raising achievement and inclusion.
