About the Role
This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with Year 1 pupils, providing classroom support and fostering a positive learning environment. As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist in implementing lesson plans, support small group and one-to-one activities, and contribute to pupils' development and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons.

About You
While prior experience or knowledge of phonics is advantageous, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will have:

• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm.
• Relevant experience working with children (e.g., in a school, nursery, or similar setting).
• Knowledge of Read Write Inc Phonics is desirable.

Qualifications:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
