Flourish Education is recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 1 class at a two-form-entry primary school in Tamworth. This is a full-time, long-term role starting October 2026 and continuing until February 2027.

You will plan, assess and mark work, deliver engaging lessons, collaborate with a teaching assistant and other teachers, and create an inclusive class environment. Hours are 8:15am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualificações

• Experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1) or similar across primary phases.
• Hold or be on track to achieve QTS.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, assess and mark pupils’ work in line with school policies.
• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to support pupil progress.
• Collaborate with the Teaching Assistant and other class teachers.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
