Job summary

Flourish Education is recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work in a Reception class at a one-form-entry primary school in Wolverhampton. This EYFS role is full-time, long-term, starting in October 2026 and lasting until February 2027, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.

Applicants should have QTS and experience in EYFS/KS1/KS2, with strong classroom management and a commitment to high-quality teaching.

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2 through placements or previous employment.
  • To hold, or be on track to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.

Job description

Flourish Education is recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work in a Reception class at a one-form-entry primary school in Wolverhampton.

Our client is seeking an EYFS Teacher to work on a full-time, long-term basis, starting in October 2026 and continuing until February 2027.

In this role, you will be expected to:
  • Plan, assess and mark pupils’ work in line with the school’s policies.
  • Deliver engaging, creative and inspiring lessons that support pupil progress.
  • Work collaboratively with the Teaching Assistant and other class teachers to provide high-quality learning experiences.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.
