The role As the Year 2 Teacher , you’ll share responsibility for a Year 2 class, working closely with colleagues to ensure pupils receive consistent, engaging and supportive teaching throughout the week.
You’ll plan and deliver creative lessons that capture pupils’ interest while helping them develop the key skills and confidence they need as they progress through Key Stage 1 . A key part of the role will be supporting children with phonics and early reading , alongside developing their confidence in writing, maths and the wider curriculum.
