Strong classroom practice appropriate to Key Stage 1 including:

• Effective behaviour management and adaptation to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Secure understanding of phonics and early reading. Excellent communication skills. Commitment to promoting and modelling the values of Zest, Kindness, Respect, Nurture and Integrity.
• Ability to create an inclusive and nurturing environment where all children thrive.
• Sound subject knowledge in KS1 and EYFS.
• Good assessment and data skills to plan next steps and demonstrate pupil progress.
• Organisational skills to manage time, resources and administrative tasks effectively.
