Qualifications

• Strong classroom practice appropriate to KS1
• Effective behaviour management
• Secure understanding of phonics and early reading; excellent communication

• Sound KS1 and EYFS knowledge
• Good assessment and data skills to plan next steps and demonstrate pupil progress
• Organisational skills to manage time, resources and administrative tasks
