Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for a warehouse operative in Chichester. You will pick and pack animal products, build pallets and move stock around the yard and warehouse using a counterbalance forklift.

This role involves heavy lifting, stock counting, and interacting with customers in a busy environment. Driving is required due to location, and there is potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Best Connection are currently looking for candidates to work for our busy client based in Chichester.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Picking and packing animal products
• Building and wrapping pallets
• Putting heavy stock away in the warehouse safely
• Stock counting
• Manoeuvring pallets and stock around the warehouse via forklift

What we are looking for:

• In date Counterbalance forklift license
• Happy with heavy lifting and physical work
• Keen and eager to get the work done successfully
• Due to the location, candidates must be able to drive

Candidates are required to work in the warehouse and yard, and will be communicating with customers.

Working hours are 06:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.

If you get on well and exceed expectations, the client may offer a permanent position.
