Job summary

The Best Connection in Smethwick is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a temporary to permanent role. You will pick and pack homeware, palletise stock for dispatch, load/unload containers, and move stock around the warehouse. A clean, safe working environment is expected with other duties as directed.

Previous warehouse experience is essential; manual handling, teamwork, and good communication are valued. Weekly pay and a path to permanent employment are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting duties.
• A valid FLT Counterbalance licence would be advantageous.
• Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high standards.

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our well-established client based in Smethwick.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity!

The Role
