Job summary
Jewson in Morecambe (LA3 3DT) is seeking a Yard Sales Advisor for a full-time role, Monday to Friday 7:30am–5:00pm and every other Saturday 08:00–12:00. You’ll welcome customers, assess needs, and deliver quick, friendly service to support our yard, counter and shop floor.
You’ll build relationships, develop product knowledge, operate loading/unloading with safety, and contribute to sales and service targets while enjoying benefits and career development.

Responsibilities
- Acknowledge every customer, ascertain their needs and wow them with quick and efficient service
- Ask open questions to understand current and future requirements
- Maintain excellent standards across yard, counter and shop floor
- Operate machinery safely and carry out loading/unloading and other operational tasks
- Support initiatives to increase sales, margin & service
- Develop knowledge of core and specialist product lines
- Loading and unloading vehicles both manually and with a forklift (training provided)
