Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service in a retail or merchant environment.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge across core and specialist lines.
• Ability to load/unload and operate basic yard equipment (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge every customer, ascertain needs and wow them with quick service.
• Ask open questions to build relationships and understand current and future requirements.
• Maintain standards across the yard, counter and shop floor.
• Load and unload vehicles; operate machinery safely; assist with offloading, picking and packing.
• Support initiatives to increase sales, margin and service.
