STARK Group's Jewson branch is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver quick, friendly service across yard, counter and shop floor. You will build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and support sales while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

The role involves operating forklifts (training provided), loading/unloading vehicles, and contributing to a collaborative, positive team culture within a leading building materials group.

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 7:30 - 17:00, and every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acknowledge every customer, ascertain their needs and wow them with quick and efficient service
• Ask open questions to build strong relationships and understand our customers current and future requirements so we can support all their needs
• Maintain excellent standards across the yard, counter and shop floor
• Operate machinery safely and carry out key operational activities such as offloading, picking, packing, restocking and loading vehicles
• Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin & service as required
• Continually develop your knowledge of core and specialist product lines to meet customer needs
• Loading and unloading vehicles both manually and with a forklift (training will be provided)
