Job summary

STARK Building Materials UK is seeking a dedicated Customer Service role in Esher. You’ll greet customers, identify needs and deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining yard, counter and shop floor standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with orders, loading/unloading vehicles (forklift training provided) and supporting sales initiatives. A positive, team‑oriented mindset and pride in delivering excellence are essential.

• Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin and service as required.
• Continuously develop knowledge of core and specialist product lines to meet customer needs.
• Loading and unloading vehicles manually and with a forklift (training provided).

This is afull-time role working Monday-Friday7:30 –17:00, and every other Saturdayfrom08:00-12:00.

WhatYou’llBe Doing
