Job summary

AMFRESH Group is hiring a Yard Operative for the Alconbury Weald site. This permanent, weekly-paid role offers stable hours and long-term growth in a busy fresh produce operation.

You will operate a counterbalance forklift, load and unload vehicles, and support the warehouse in all weather. The shift pattern is 4 on, 4 off, 07:00 to 19:00, with an hourly rate of £13.90 paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience using a counterbalance forklift (in-house training provided).
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Determined and motivated to complete tasks.
• Yard experience desirable but not essential.

About The Role

We are recruiting for a Yard Operative at our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This is a permanent, weekly-paid position, providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

• Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4off - 07:00 to 19:00

• Experience in a yard is desirable but not essential.
