AMFRESH is hiring a Baler Yard Operative at Alconbury Weald. This permanent, weekly-paid role offers a 4 on/4 off shift (07:00–19:00) with an hourly rate of £12.80, paid weekly.

You will operate the baler, perform daily checks, manage waste, maintain yard cleanliness and support the team to ensure a safe working environment. Applicants should have yard experience, strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

About The Role

We are recruiting for a Baler Operative at our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This is a permanent, weekly-paid position, providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

• Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (07:00 - 19:00).
• Hourly Rate: £12.80 (paid weekly).

As an AMFRESH Baler Yard Operative, you will:

• Operate the baler safely and report faults promptly.
• Complete daily checks on bailing machine and monitor bailing wires.
• Ensure timely handling of cardboard and general waste.
• Maintain a clean, organised yard in line with site hygiene standards.
• Suppot the yard and operational teams to keep a safe working environment.
