Job summary

AMFRESH is hiring a Reach Truck Operative at our Alconbury Weald site to safely operate a reach truck and manage palletised goods. You will pick, scan, label finished goods pallets, and coordinate with the administrator to meet out-load times and volumes.

This full-time role (4 days on, 4 days off, 07:00–19:00) offers weekly pay and benefits designed to support your health, wellbeing and daily life as part of AMFRESH’s growing UK operations.

• Operate a reach truck safely in the warehouse.

• Unload deliveries and verify quantities against reports.
• Complete daily pallet truck checks per SOPs.
• Follow and enforce food safety and quality procedure.

About The Role

• We are recruiting for a Reach Truck Operative at our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This is a full-time and permanent position.

• Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (07:00 - 19:00).
• Hourly Rate: £13.40 (paid weekly).

Life as an AMFRESH Reach Truck Operative:

• You will operate a reach truck safely in the warehouse.
• You will pick, scan, and label finished goods pallets.
• You will coordinate with the administrator to meet out-load times and volumes.
• You will support trailer plans and complete intake/despatch paperwork.
• You will unload deliveries and verify quantities against reports.
• You will complete daily pallet truck checks per SOPs.
• You will follow and enforce food safety and quality procedure.
• You will keep the warehouse clean, safe, and tidy at all times.

About You

To be a successful Reach Truck Operative, the qualities we are looking for are:
