AMFRESH is hiring a Factory Warehouse Operative for our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This full-time, permanent role offers consistent weekly hours and a dependable schedule. You will pick and pack customer orders, use a scanner, and train on PPT pallets.

Work in a chilled environment with full PPE, lifting up to 15kg, and aiming to meet hourly picking targets. We welcome applicants with warehouse experience and good attention to detail who can work independently, with full training provided

About The Role

We are recruiting for a Factory Warehouse Operative to join our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This is a full-time and permanent position, offering consistent and reliable hours.

• Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (07:00 – 19:30)
• Hourly Rate:£13.15 - £13.40 (paid weekly)

This is a permanent, weekly-paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

Life as an AMFRESH Factory Warehouse Operative:

• You will pick and pack customer orders.
• You will use a scanner to scan our items.
• You will be trained to use a PPT to move pallets.
• You will work in our chiller (full PPE provided).
• You will place stock into the correct location.
• You will move pallets safely in and out of the warehouse.
• You will lift up to 15kg and follow manual handling procedures.
• You will meet hourly picking targets once trained.
• You will maintain and inspect MHE equipment and report issues.

About You

To be a successful Factory Warehouse Operative, the qualities we are looking for are:

• Experience in warehouse environments.
• Great attention to detail.
• Organised and good communicator.
• Able to work independently.
• MHE experience is desired but not essential (full training is provided onsite).
