Job summary

Construction, Property and Engineering is seeking a reliable Yard Operative/Car Driver to join the busy team in Southampton. The role includes moving a variety of vehicles, scanning and inspecting them, and performing general yard duties.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid UK Driving Licence and be confident working with different vehicle types. Pay is £12.91 per hour with overtime at £19.37.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
• No more than 6 points on the license.
• Ability to handle different vehicle types confidently.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles between designated areas within the yard.

Looking for Yard Operative / Car Driver - Southampton

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Yard Operatives to join our busy team in Southampton.

Pay £12.91ph Overtime £19.37ph

Working hours Monday-Friday 0800am-1630pm

Your day-to-day will include:

Moving a variety of vehicles between designated areas within the yard.

Scanning in and inspecting vehicles

Undertaking general yard duties to ensure we meet our daily targets.

Stepping in to help other departments when things get busy

What We're Looking For

A Valid UK Driving Licence: This is essential!

Confidence Behind the Wheel: Ability to handle different vehicle types and park with precision.

All-Weather Resilience: You'll be working outdoors.
