Job summary

Routes To Work Limited is seeking a Driver / Yard Operative for its Eurocentral site in Scotland. This full-time, rotating role combines vehicle movements, yard organisation and customer service to keep the site running smoothly.

You’ll greet customers, check-in vehicles, park and move them safely, keep the yard tidy and support deliveries. A Class 1 driving licence with few points, reliable and proactive attitude, and basic customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Class 1 driving licence required.
• Experience driving vehicles and handling yard duties preferred.

Hours: Full Time | Rotating Dayshift / Backshift | Every second Saturday morning

An established commercial vehicle business is looking for a Driver / Yard Operative to join its busy service team in Eurocentral.

This is a customer-facing role combining vehicle movements, yard organisation and customer service. You’ll help keep the site running smoothly while ensuring customers receive a friendly and professional service.

What you’ll be doing

Greeting customers and assisting with vehicle check-in

Parking and moving vehicles safely around the yard

Keeping the yard organised, clean and tidy

Collecting and delivering vehicles when required

Returning completed vehicles to customers

Following all health, safety and company procedures

What we’re looking for

Class 1 driving licence

No more than 6 points on your licence

Previous driving experience

Reliable, organised and self-motivated

Professional with a positive, can-do attitude

Confident dealing with customers

Yard or commercial vehicle experience is an advantage, but not essential
