Job summary

Greenshields JCB Limited is seeking a Yard Co-ordinator at our Farnham depot. You will manage the yard, keep it clean and organised, and support the Workshop and Foreman with machine movements and general duties.

Key responsibilities include coordinating delivery schedules, controlling yard transport, performing final checks before dispatch, and maintaining cleanliness. Applicants should have CPCS/NPORS tickets, strong organisation, and good communication with Service and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS movement tickets are essential.
• Strong organisational skills are required.
• Basic IT competence is needed.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with Service and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand machine delivery schedules with relevant parties.
• Control all transport in and out of the yard at Farnham.
• Carry out final checks on machines before dispatch to customers.
• Keep the yard clean and ensure first-class housekeeping.
• Load and unload machines when necessary.
