Job summary

Greenshields JCB Limited is seeking a Yard Co-ordinator at our Farnham depot. You will manage the yard, keep it clean and organised, and support the Workshop and Foreman with machine movements and general duties.

Key responsibilities include coordinating delivery schedules, controlling yard transport, performing final checks before dispatch, and maintaining cleanliness. Applicants should have CPCS/NPORS tickets, strong organisation, and good communication with Service and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS movement tickets are essential.
• Strong organisational skills are required.
• Basic IT competence is needed.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with Service and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand machine delivery schedules with relevant parties.
• Control all transport in and out of the yard at Farnham.
• Carry out final checks on machines before dispatch to customers.
• Keep the yard clean and ensure first-class housekeeping.
• Load and unload machines when necessary.

Job description

We are looking for a Yard Co-ordinator based at our Farnham depot. As Yard Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for keeping the yard clean, clear and organised, while supporting the Workshop and Foreman with machine movements and general duties.

• Working with the relevant parties to understand machine delivery schedules
• Controlling all transport in and out of the yard at Farnham
• Final check over of machine before it is dispatched to the customer on the designated haulage
• Clean the yard throughout the week and ensure housekeeping is in first class order at all times
• Load & unload machines where necessary

Key skills we are looking for:

• CPCS or NPORS movement tickets essential
• Strong organisational skills
• Basic IT competancy
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with the Service and Sales teams
